Hi, I’m Michelle.

I’m a wife, foster mom, homemaker, educator, dog owner, chronic illness warrior, and, most importantly, a follower of Jesus.

In my teen years, I felt God tugging me toward something big. After high school I tried life as a foreign missionary, then spent over a year in a cloistered Carmelite monastery, discerning religious life. But in 2016, God made it clear: my true mission was working with young children.

I became a nanny (yes, very Maria Von Trapp), earned a degree in Early Childhood Education, and found my place as a preschool teacher. I felt so alive in that calling — but God wasn’t finished writing my story. Deep down, I longed for something more lasting: to be a mother.
